The goal of the Zscaler State of Cloud Transformation Research 2020 was
to understand where companies are with their transformation efforts, and
whether the internet has already become the primary transport network in
these organisations. We also looked into the challenges and hurdles along
this journey. Since this year’s pandemic influenced cloud transformation
projects and created a hunger for hybrid work environments beyond the
crisis, we investigated these areas as well. We also wanted to find out how
companies are coping with securing their multicloud environments.
